Voluntary Parliamentary Advisor

Bob Davison is CFC’s voluntary parliamentary advisor.

Bob was born and grew up in Edinburgh before completing a Business Studies degree in Dundee. Bob started his political career as an Agent in 1994 training in Ayr with Phil Gallie and in Stirling with Michael Forsyth. In 1995 Bob became the Agent for the Conservative Party in Hatfield working with now Transport Secretary Grant Shapps and became an elected Borough Councillor. In 2003 Bob moved to Folkestone to be Agent to Michael Howard who became the Party Leader that year. In 2006 Bob became the Group Agent for Cornwall where he became a Borough Councillor in St Austell. Bob became a Councillor on St Austell Town Councillor in 2009. In 2010 Bob acted as Agent to Sheryll Murray, Sarah Newton and others and he joined Sheryll’s parliamentary team upon her election. Bob married Sheryll in 2019. Bob has also had many voluntary roles with the Conservative Party including a full term as a Constituency Chairman and is an approved Parliamentary Candidate.
